i grew up in a small town in Missouri, raised up in a Catholic home with love. i grew to love art and everything it meant while finding who i was and where i wanted to go.
i would like to think of myself as a lifestyle photographer. i basically hangout with my clients for a selected period of time and talk with them, joke, dance, and capture little intimate moments. as a lifestyle photographer, i do not do posed portraits. i like to have fun, new environments and experiences with each session i shoot. my tones are dark and moody, but have a lightness to them. i live through my clients durning our session time, i want to see how you look at each other when no one is looking, or how you interact as a family. i want t freeze this moment forever. i want to create a memory that will hang on your wall and every time you pass it, you will look at it and see the art you and your loved ones have created. one little moment in time.
i want to create memories. i want to create real emotions. i want to create a truth. as a photographer, i strive to give my clients the true emotion they are feeling at the moment. honesty is something this world is lacking, and as an artist, it is my duty to tell the truth. the moment my finger hits the shutter, it is capturing a true moment in time, whether it is fear, love, sadness, or art- why would you capture a fake moment? i want to bring a nostalgic feeling to my clients. i want their photos to stand apart, like a misfit.
